Screening Products Sales Manager
Ron joined our company in 1993 following a successful career in medical equipment financing and leasing. Ron has been responsible for much of the product training for the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Programs in the New York and New Jersey Metro Areas. He is Department of Transportation (DOT) certified as a breath alcohol trainer for those technicians performing breath alcohol screening. He also provides sales and training on all equipment for hearing screening. He has also been an invited Guest Lecturer for a number of Graduate and Under-Graduate University Programs. Ron Lives in Staten Island with his wife and daughter.

Shelley Hamilton, Au.D.

Clinical Sales Associate
Dr. Hamilton joined our company following a 19-year career as a NJ Licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in primarily private practice settings providing clinical as well as dispensing services. She started her audiology career as an Educational Audiologist with New York City Board of Education Hearing Education Services, providing FM and classroom amplification systems to deaf and hard of hearing students. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Maryland at College Park; her Master of Arts from Trenton State College and her Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. She holds both the FAAA and the CCC-A clinical designations. She served on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Association of Hearing Health Professionals as both a Trustee and Treasurer. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and son.

Angelo Restivo

Director of Technical Services
Angelo has worked in the hearing health care industry since 1977 and with Northeastern Technologies since 1992. He serves on the Technical Standards Committee for NASED (National Association for Special Equipment Distributors) and is a NASED Certified Audiometric Technician. Angelo is one of those rare individuals who can create instant rapport with our customers thereby ensuring them that they are receiving the very best service that Northeastern Technologies Group can provide. Angelo's hobbies include computer technology and astronomy. Angelo, his wife and two sons live in Northern New Jersey.

Russell Euler

Service Coordinator
Russ joined our company in 2004 bringing his organizational skills to Northeastern Technologies service department. He understands the importance of our customers' needs to get their equipment serviced and/or repaired in the most expeditious manner, and goes out of his way to get accommodate everyone. His interests include radio control cars and classic car restoration, as well as tropical and freshwater fish. He resides on Long Island with his wife and young daughter.

Debbie joined NTG following  her extensive work experience in the administrative offices of a pre-school in Nassau County.  She also worked in the Service Department of the Off Track Betting Office (OTB) in NYC.  Debbie is excellent at details and customer relations, and looks forward to working with our clients.  She resides in Nassau County with her family.

Ed has been with Northeastern Technologies since 1996. He has a degree in bio-engineering and electronics. A NASED Certified Audiometric Technician, Ed's interests include volunteering with his local fire department and the Boy Scouts of America. As a true volunteer, he knows the value of service and support that our customers require.

Hector Perez

Hector joined Northeastern in 1999 having spent over 30 years in the electronics and computer service industry. Hector is NOVEL certified, and is a Microsoft beta site tester. He is also a NASED Certified Audiometric Technician. Hector's hobbies include boating and astro photography, and is a member of the AOS County Chapter-the Amateur Observing Society. He lives in Long Island with his wife.

Joseph Mendozza

Joe Mendozza joined NTG in 1995 and is a NASED Certified Audiometric Technician. Joe's extensive electronic skills are enhanced by his passion and work as a professional rock guitarist. He has performed with his band at numerous venues up and down the northern East coast. Joe routinely attends national manufacturer's service and training programs along with our other technicians to ensure that his skills remain of the highest quality. Joe resides in Long Island.

Joseph (JR) has been in the hearing health care industry since 2004, and with our company since 2006. He is a NASED Certified Audiometric Technician. He enjoys his personal time with his wife and daughter and routinely takes courses to increase his educational and technical skills. JR is extremely talented in finding solutions to complex problems; something our customers value as it translates to the best in service and support.

A native Long Islander, Barbara spends personal time taking award winning photographs.

Debt Collection and Order Entry
Liz joined our company in 1996. She brings to Northeastern a large skill set of organization and attention to detail. Liz has been instrumental in ensuring that customer orders for supplies and equipment are processed as efficiently and smoothly as possible. She also works closely with our Technical Service Department to ensure that our customers' orders are complete and received on time. Liz lives in Long Island with her husband.

Inge Palmieri has had a varied work career ranging from being a day care teacher to managing a recording studio. She loves spending time with family and friends, reading and being in beautiful natural places.

After working in a medical office, Inge has come to Northeastern to be our receptionist. She will direct your call to the service you need with a smile in her voice!
