The MI 44 middle ear analyzer includes all the typical diagnostic tests an audiologist performs each day without the rarely used tests that can get in the way when trying to be efficient - tests that require cumbersome menu screens or additional buttons on the unit.

  • Manual and automatic pump control
  • Two probes – 1 screening, 1 diagnostic
  • Several high frequency tones: 678, 800 and 1000

The RM500 series real-ear System/Hearing

Aid Analyzers have earned a reputation for reliability, ease-of-use and leading-edge hearing aid testing and fitting software. All three models in the RM500 series share common software and hardware, differing only in packaging and display features. Each is smaller than a briefcase and weighs less than 15lbs, yet contains a dual channel measurement system, speaker, test chamber and printer. An auxiliary speaker output and RS232 port for external printer and computer interfacing are standard. All RM500 models connect with Hewlett Packard compatible laser or ink jet printers (BW or color) via the serial port.

fp40monitor.jpg (46344 bytes)A Wealth of Programming

The FONIX FP40 Portable and the FP40-D Desk Model analyzers are important members of the FONIX family. They are reliable, mid-range units with a wealth of programming for hearing specialists, clinical and educational audiologists, and others who need to evaluate and/or fit hearing aids. Real Ear Measurements are a standard feature on the FP40-D and a popular option on the portable FP40.

Both the FP40 and the FP40-D provide users with excellent sound chamber measurements so they can check specifications to the standards in force wherever the user lives . ANSI, IEC, JIS and ISI* test sequences are available. (The FDA adopted the ANSI S 3.22 1996 standard in March of 2000 and the FP40 now has both the ANSI '87 and '96 test sequences.) One test sequence is provided with the purchase of the unit and additional test sequences can be ordered.
